Shift LeaderThe Shift Leader oversees daily operations in the absence of the General and Assistant General Manager, ensuring smooth and efficient shifts.Key ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate strong menu and product knowledge.Lead and manage a team of 2-5 crew members during shifts.Act as a key holder and perform opening and closing tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiencyThrive in a fast-paced environment while providing effective communication with guests and team members.Participate in training programs and continuously develop skills.Maintain reliability and adherence to scheduling requirements.QualificationsMinimum 1 year of restaurant experience, preferably as a shift leadAbility to work 2 morning (opening) and 2 night (closing) shiftsProven ability to efficiently multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesMust be 18 years of age or olderEarly Pay BenefitWe offer an early pay benefit that allows employees to withdraw their pay-day funds early, on any day!
