Digital Products

Because our products are delivered digitally and become available immediately after purchase, all sales of audio programs, companion eBooks, downloadable resources, and digital support materials are considered final.

Refund Exceptions

Refund requests may be considered in limited circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once.
  • Technical delivery issues: If you cannot access your product and we are unable to resolve the issue.
  • Incorrect product delivery: If you receive a different product from the one purchased.
